Our Cancellation Policy:
All deposits/payments are refundable if cancelled in writing 45 days (60 days during holidays) prior to confirmed date of arrival. Deposits/payments are refundable on cancellations shorter than 45/60 days, if we are able to rent the dates. Credit card sales are final, with no refunds except as noted above.
